We've been talking a lot with Addisen and Emery about how many children in the world are far less fortunate than them. They decided they want to help. We introduced them to several ways in which these children are lacking, and they chose to support Water.org for their fundraising efforts.

This Saturday, April 28th, the girls and some friends will host a bake sale to benefit this cause. They will also be finding creative ways to raise money to reach our goal by the deadline. It's a lofty goal, but we're shooting for the stars!

Every 20 seconds, a child dies from a water-related disease and diarrhea remains the second leading cause of death of children under the age of five. The problem is enormous but we can make a difference. Kids can be healthy and stay in school with safe water.
