I have an annual fundraiser as part of my Halloween party. Last year, I decided to give half of the money to Water.org. This year I will do it again (along with Wounded Warrior Project and the V Foundation). Details are below, but this year your money will be matched to Water.org.

Clean water, behind perhaps only air, is the most important thing we need to survive. Yet so many in this world do not have it. Water.org is a great charity that is working to bring access to clean water to millions of people worldwide. Perhaps we can make a small dent in the saving the lives of people that would just love having access to clean water.

I decided to start raising money for Water.org, because I believe safe water is necessary for life, and there are 660 million people around the world without it. Access to safe water can change a person’s world, and allow them to define their own future.

I’ve also created this fundraiser, because there are currently $20,000 in matching funds up for grabs. The water crisis is something I feel we can help solve together, and now we can take advantage of this match to do twice the good.

For every $25 that you contribute to my fundraiser before November 30th, Water.org will receive an additional $25, and can give two people access to safe water.

Water.org has been helping people develop sustainable solutions for more than 20 years. Together, we can change lives with safe water.
