R5 has done so much for fans so we, the fans, would like to give back to them by supporting a charity that is close to their hearts. Water.org is a nonprofit organization that has transformed hundreds of communities in Africa, South Asia, and Central America by providing access to safe water and sanitation.
R5 supports this charity through the R5 Closet, but we all know that not everybody can give that way. This is another alternative to helping R5 impact the world.
Around the world, 780 million men, women and children need access to safe water. This negatively impacts their health, keeps children from attending school, and traps millions of people in a cycle of poverty. This all changes when solutions to access safe water are implemented.
For every $25 that we raise, Water.org can give someone access to safe water for life. Co-founded by Matt Damon and Gary White, Water.org has been helping people develop sustainable solutions for more than 20 years.
In keeping with the spirit of R5, let's join together and strive to help 55 people, approximately $1,380, and provide them with safe water.
