Around the world, 750 million men, women and children need access to safe water. This negatively impacts their health, keeps children from attending school, and traps millions of people in a cycle of poverty. This all changes when solutions to access safe water are implemented.

I know there are a lot of worthy charities out there. I’ve created my own fundraiser for Water.org because I believe safe water is necessary for life. Water is a basic human right and the water crisis is something I feel I can help solve.

I intend to ride my bicycle from Pune, India to the west coast, down the coast and then back up to Pune in mid September 2015 in about three days. I will be riding through the Western Ghats (mountain ranges) and the journey covers approximately 350 km.

I hope you agree by giving whatever amount you can to support my efforts.

For every $25 that I raise, Water.org can give someone access to safe water. Donations are converted to USD and are all tax deductable. Co-founded by Matt Damon and Gary White, Water.org has been helping people develop sustainable solutions for more than 20 years. Together, we can make a difference and change lives with safe water.

Thanks for your support!

Cheers,

Varun
