Imagine if you had to walk a few miles instead of a few feet for a glass of clean water. This is the reality for millions of women worldwide. Collectively, women spend more than 140 million hours every single day walking and carrying water for domestic use. By helping these women gain easier access to safe, drinkable water - they are healthier and have more time for education, work and raising their families.
I know there are a lot of worthy charities out there. We’ve created our own fundraiser for Water.org because we believe safe water is necessary for life. The water crisis is something we feel all of us can help solve. We hope you agree by giving whatever amount you can to support all our efforts.
For every $25 that we raise, Water.org will give someone access to safe water. Co-founded by Matt Damon and Gary White, Water.org has been helping people develop sustainable solutions for more than 20 years. Together, we can all change lives with safe water.
