Climbing Mt. Rainier in 2011 changed my life. Now I want to climb to change the lives of others.

On June 18 I will be heading up Mt. Rainier again. This is the first in a series of mountaineering adventures I plan to complete this year around the world, with the aim of raising funds to bring clean water solutions to families around the world.

3. Kilimanjaro, Tanzania (Nov. 2012) with a tour operator in Tanzania, and

4. Aconcagua, Argentina (Dec 2012 or Jan. 2013) with a friend who is running a similar fund raising campaign to raise awareness on climate change issues.

My plan is to raise $10,000 that I would channel via water.org (nonprofit co-founded by Matt Damon) to clean water projects around the world. You may learn more about the organization at:
