The water crisis in the world today is not because of scarcity, it is due to lack of access. Did you know that there are more people on earth that own cell phones than those who have access to a toilet.

Each day the lack of access to clean water and proper sanitation kills thousands of people and leaves many others with reduced quality of life.

At any given time, half of the world’s hospital beds are occupied by patients suffering from a water-related disease. It is not impossible to fight the global water crisis, the solutions are very simple and cost-effective.

Although the global water crisis is huge, small contributions can go a long way. Every US dollar invested in water and sanitation provides an economic return of eight US dollars. Even $5 can bring clean water to a small village. No matter how much, know that the impact of your donation far exceeds the dollar amount.
