Refresh The World

Cody Ley

Around the world, 780 million men, women and children need access to safe water. This negatively impacts their health, keeps children from attending school, and traps millions of people in a cycle of poverty. This all changes when solutions to access safe water are implemented.

I know there are a lot of large, well known, worthy charities out there. But I’ve created my own fundraiser because, like most of you, I could not name one of these charities. So I figured the best way to solve this emergency is to get each and every small community involved, so i'm starting with mine.

I'm reaching out to other compassionate, aware citizens to help. You may feel that you don't have much to give, or your budget doesnt allow room for charity but if you have a reliable access to clean water you are more fortunate than approximately 1 billion people around the world affected by this growing problem. The water crisis is something I feel I can help solve, but I cant do it by myself. I need your help and I hope you understand that by giving whatever amount you can to support my efforts, (even if it isnt a lot) it will culminate quicker than you think and together we can save a lot of lives.

For every $25 that I raise, Water.org can give someone access to safe water for life. Water.org has been helping people develop sustainable solutions for more than 20 years. With help from this organization and my caring community we can initiate a change and offer a helping hand to someone who needs it most.
