For my senior project, I am fundraising for water.org to help solve the water crisis. I've chosen to fundraise for water.org because I believe safe water is necessary for life.
I will have booths at community events here in Blaine throughout the summer. I will be selling homemade baked goods and samosas, and all the proceeds raised will go towards this fundraiser.
If you are unable to attend these events, you can make a donation online. You can bring someone clean water for life for only $25. Therefore my fundraising goal of $250 would provide ten people with safe water access for life, something that most of us take for granted. The water crisis is something I feel I can help solve. I hope you agree by giving whatever amount you can to support my efforts.
Around the world, 780 million people lack access to safe water. This negatively impacts their health, keeps children from attending school, and traps millions of people in a cycle of poverty. This all changes when solutions to access safe water are implemented.
Co-founded by Matt Damon and Gary White, Water.org has been helping people develop sustainable solutions for more than 20 years. Together, we can change lives with safe water.
Send an email inviting everyone you know to give water. Remember to share your story and why you are passionate about raising funds to change lives with safe water.
