Every minute a child dies from a water-related disease, and diarrhea remains the fourth leading cause of death of children under the age of five worldwide. The problem is enormous but solutions are available. Kids with access to safe water are healthier and can attend school regularly.
The Wattles Park 4th graders have been learning about the water crisis in Spanish-speaking countries and are sharing it with the school. We have created our own fundraiser for Water.org for friends and family to join in helping us provide clean water across the globe because we believe safe water is necessary for life. The water crisis is something we feel we can help solve. We hope you agree by giving whatever amount you can to support our efforts.
For every $25 that we raise, Water.org can give someone access to safe water. Co-founded by Matt Damon and Gary White, Water.org has been helping people develop sustainable solutions for more than 20 years. Together, we can change lives with safe water.
