Hey everyone - As you may or may not know - I finished my first marathon ever in Chicago on Oct. 12th!! Thank you for all of your encouragement and support!!

However, I've not quite met my fundraising goal...

Luckily, there's still time! And to show you how serious I am, I'm going to run the Kansas Half-Marathon this weekend in hopes of raising these last 7-ish miles worth of funds!

If you've already contributed, THANK YOU!! Please don't feel obligated to contribute again, but maybe pass it on if you happen to know someone who might be interested in giving to Water.org.

Thanks again - I cannot thank you enough for all your encouragement and generosity.

Again, here are some facts from Water.org:

*Collectively, women and girls spend more than 200 million hours every day walking and collecting water for domestic use. When women gain access to water they are healthier and have more time for education, work and raising their families.

*For every $25 that I raise, Water.org can give someone access to safe water for life (for life!). You may have noticed that my goal of $655 = clean water for someone per every mile of my marathon. (I'd LOVE to surpass this goal, though).

*Co-founded by Matt Damon and Gary White, Water.org has been helping people develop sustainable solutions for more than 20 years. Together, we can change lives with safe water.
