Every minute a child dies from a water-related disease, and diarrhea remains the fourth leading cause of death of children under the age of five worldwide. The problem is enormous but solutions are available. Kids with access to safe water are healthier and can attend school regularly.
We know there are a lot of worthy charities out there and have created our own fundraiser for Water.org because we believe safe water is necessary for life. In particular, we want all children to have access to the same standard of water that we do! We don't want anyone to have to drink 'yucky water' (as we call it).
For every $25 that we raise, Water.org can give someone access to safe water. Co-founded by Matt Damon and Gary White, Water.org has been helping people develop sustainable solutions for more than 20 years. Together, we can change lives with safe water.
