We are middle school students at Rochester School for the Deaf and in our summer school program, we want to help people who don't have clean and safe drinking water.
663 million people around the world lack access to safe water, and we want to change this. You can help us by donating to our fundraiser for Water.org.
For every $25 that we raise, Water.org can give someone access to safe water, empowering them to define their own future.
Co-founded by Matt Damon and Gary White, Water.org is a non-profit organization providing innovative, market-based solutions that have changed lives every day through safe water and sanitation for more than 25 years.
On Thursday, August 11th we will walk four to six miles, just like women and children around the world do, in their search of water. Please think about making a flat donation or sponsoring us for each mile we walk that day.
