My brownie troop is undertaking a water journey this year, and I have learned a lot about the world's water crisis.
Women and girls commonly spend up to 6 hours each day collecting water, often making it impossible to attend school and work toward improving their futures, but not the girls I'm fundraising for.
Every 90 seconds a child dies from a water-related disease, but not the kids I am fundraising for.
Children with access to safe water can live healthier lives and look forward to bright futures. I welcome you to help me celebrate my birthday by working to improve the lives of others. A little really can do a lot!
For every $25 that I raise, Water.org can give someone access to safe water. I believe all people deserve safe water and the good it gives.
