Futuraskolan International Täby’s vision is to be the best stepping stone for creating global citizens. Global citizens meaning, children who develop into culturally responsive adults, concerned and informed about the circumstances of others all over the world. We work diligently to inform the children about their rights according to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. Article 24 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child advocates for the child’s right to adequate health care, safe drinking water, nutritious food and clean and safe environment. Through the children’s efforts to raise money to help fight the water crisis, we hope they will develop an intrinsic motivation for helping others and find confidence and strength in their ability to impact and change the world.
